Edremit District Altınoluk Neighborhood, 1/5000 scaled Master Zoning Plan change proposal, which belongs to the south of the 1424 block 2 parcel and the north of the 1447 block 1 parcel, was decided to be convenient with the decision of the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Council dated 29.12.2022 and numbered 1554.

The relevant plan change proposal has been declared on the 3rd floor of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality for a period of 30 (thirty) days between 11.01.2023 and 09.02.2023, and possible objections should be made to the Metropolitan Municipality Department of Zoning and Urbanization during the announcement period.
