Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality held water saving and environmental awareness trainings for pre-school and primary school students within the scope of the "Number 10 Kids of Number 10 City”.

In the program carried out by the General Directorate of Water and Sewerage Administration, one of the subsidiary of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, the importance of water awareness and protection of water resources was shared with the students.  In the event, it was stated that the sustainable management of water resources is the duty of all humanity, and information was given on issues such as food safety and climate change. At the end of the training, which reinforced what was taught with the experiments, the students said that they would save and protect the water.
