It was decided that the 1/5000 scale Master Zoning Plan amendment proposal for Kepsut District İhsaniye Neighborhood 260, 17 parcels, 334 parcels, 1 parcel and a part of 57 blocks in Kasapzade District is convenient with the decision of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Council dated 29.12.2022 and numbered 1561.

The relevant plan change proposal has been declared on the 3rd floor of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality for a period of 30 (thirty) days between 11.01.2023 and 09.02.2023, and possible objections should be made to the Metropolitan Municipality Department of Zoning and Urbanization during the announcement period.
