Start-Up Summit University Entrepreneurship Summit was organised in cooperation with Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality and Balıkesir University with the participation of more than a thousand learners. Yücel Yılmaz, Mayor of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, inspired the students by sharing his own experiences and achievements.

Mayor of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Yücel Yılmaz and Rector of Balıkesir University Yücel Oğurlu welcomed the participants by distributing Balbucks coffee to the students before the programme. The event started with Yücel Yılmaz, Mayor of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, sharing his entrepreneurship story with young people. Mayor of Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Yılmaz, who is also an entrepreneur, inspired the students by sharing his own experiences and achievements. Other important speakers of the Entrepreneurship Summit were Ufuk Batum, CEO of Ventures Mentors League, and Kaan Gülten, CEO of Webtures. Both of them shared their experiences in the entrepreneurship world and their success stories in the sector and gave important information to young people. At the end of the event, Balbucks coffee was served to the students. Balıkesir Entrepreneurship Summit offered an important platform for young entrepreneurs to improve themselves and discover new opportunities. Participants were inspired by the experiences of experienced speakers and became more motivated to step into the world of entrepreneurship.
