The promotion and information meeting of the Neighbourhood League Tournament was held at Ali Hikmet Paşa Sports Complex before the season. With the joint decision of the district representatives and the organising committee, the deadline for the tournament was extended until 1 December due to the high demand.

2023-2024 Neighbourhood League Tournament Promotion and Information Meeting was held at Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Ali Hikmet Paşa Sports Complex. District sports directors and national education directors, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Âdem Özalp, Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Services Department Head Yahya Akduman, Balıkesir Metropolitan Belediyespor Club President İrfan Sarıgül attended the meeting and exchanged information and ideas before the tournament. With the joint decision of the district representatives and the organising committee, the deadline for the tournament was extended until 1 December due to high demand. At the end of the meeting, the delegation toured the renovated Ali Hikmet Paşa Sports Complex and thanked Mayor Yücel Yılmaz for providing Balıkesir with such an equipped and comprehensive sports complex.
