The work carried out for months for the ownership problem involving thousands of title deeds in the region of approximately 2 million square meters and thousands of parcels is being finalized. Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Dr. Mustafa Küçükkaptan announced that they have been working for a long time with all stakeholders, especially Erdek District Governor Abdullah Atakan Atasoy, with the instruction of Mayor Yücel Yılmaz, and that they will finally reach a result that will satisfy the people of Erdek.
METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY HAS DEMONSTRATE A WILL ON THE ISSUE
Secretary General Dr. Mustafa Küçükkaptan pointed out that they started the works by demonstrating a will with the instruction of Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yücel Yılmaz and said, "There are over a thousand parcels in the region. If we consider the shareholders, it is thousands of deeds. As Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, we made sacrifices. We did not make any extra demands, we were only on the solution side of the issue."
DEEDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN FEBRUARY
Dr. Küçükkaptan said that Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality and Mayor Yücel Yılmaz are frequently asked about when the deeds will be given and added, "We are in frequent contact with our Land Registry Directorate. The process is about to be completed. If the Land Registry Directorate does not encounter any problems, it will carry out the deed registration procedures and deliver them to the district municipality in February. Our citizens will also receive their deeds from the district municipality quickly. I would like to thank our Mayor Yücel Yılmaz for solving another wound that has been bleeding for years."
